  • General Responsibilities

    The Program Sales Analyst will work as part of the Partner Program Team within the Sales Organization. We are looking for somebody that is passionate about making data driven decisions. As part of this role, the analyst will measure the performance of the overall partnership program as well as our various marketing activities and identify sales trends with the goal of developing end to end solutions that answer key business questions. The analyses performed will help to answer day to day questions from high level executives and drive subsequent actions to maximize performance opportunities.

    The Program Sales Analyst will be responsible for working with large sets of structured and unstructured data, create reports, and collaborate across analytics teams

    Key Responsibilities

    Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Develop, disseminate and present reports to clients and internal stakeholders on program performance to include: brand, segments, competitive activity, distribution channel performance and market share.
    • Track key metrics, identify trends that warrant deeper analysis, and advise decision makers of the business implications.
    • Satisfy ad-hoc data requests for internal and external high-level reporting.
    • Enhance existing reporting tools on an on-going basis to accommodate evolving business needs.
    • Develop and monitor data quality metrics to ensure that reporting used to make decisions is both accurate and comprehensive.

    Mandatory Requirements

    Educational Background

    Bachelor Degree required; preferably in Business, Marketing Analytics, or other quantitative related fields.

    Professional Experience

    3+ years prior experience in analytics. Prior experience in the Rent-A-Car or travel industry is preferred.

    Knowledge

    Practical understanding of analytics.

    Ability to query and derive meaning from large data sets in SQL Server and/or Teradata environments.

    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; particularly advanced Excel functionality including Pivot Tables, Macros, and advanced/logic functions. VBA a plus.

    Understanding of Internet technology.

    Excellent written and presentation communications.

    Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
